❋ When Will My Items Ship?

We aim to ship every order as soon as it comes in. For non custom Items, orders ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS Standard shipping. International orders also ship within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your destination it may take between 1 to 4 weeks to arrive.

jewelry & OiL Orders are Made to Order Items and will require a Minimum of 7 business days to Ship. The oils can only be shipped within the U.S. and Canada at this time.

❋ what is your refund Policy?

Due to the nature of our unique products, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

If an Item is defective. We will happily give you a refund or exchange it for a new one.

❋ Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. If you do not see your destination as an option, please reach out to us and we will see if we can ship to your address.

For Those Ordering from the EU Please note that your local government may impose a VAT tax upon receiving your package. We do not collect this tax on our end.
